Netto pretty much summed it up. Takes a bit of work but these routes do exist. Also helps if you have multiple accounts as you can just make crappy alts and stick them on the borders between regions, thereby doubling up your market watching capabi...

My advice, do more research, across multiple regions. These npc trade routes do exist, at all times of the day. A bit of work and you will find a few. Good luck.

No you did'nt but in my experience poeple are notoriously non comittal and you rarely get an answer these days, except the usual 100million isk per 1 million skillpoints (as a rough guide).
